Vanadate Lasers

vandadatelasers

These lasers run on a wavelength of 1064nm, which is the same as Nd: YAG. Despite this similarity, vanadate lasers are renowned for better quality of marks due to their small accurate spot size. These lasers offer the user best-in-class reliability. The Vanadate lasers are available in a variety of wattages, can mark most metals and plastics, can be mounted in any orientation, easy to integrate and no consumables are required.

Fiber Lasers

fiberlasers

A fiber laser is a laser in which the active gain medium is an optical fiber, doped with rare-earth elements. In layman’s terms, it is a type of solid-state laser, where the laser light passes through the fiber, amplifying it to create a high-quality beam, which enables marking. Running on 1060-1080nm, this reliable technology is designed to withstand the vigours of a production environment and is best suited to continuous production environments. The fiber laser can mark a wide range of materials including most metals and plastics, there are no consumables required and can be mounted in any orientation.

Green Wavelength Lasers

greenlaser

This laser is a fiber-coupled, diode-pumped, solid-state green wavelength laser, which creates high beam quality and laser stability. It offers extra power and speed for precision marking and is the ideal choice for laser marking, scribing, trimming and other material processing applications. It has an average diode life of more than 100,000 working hours. The robust mechanical and optical design enables operation in an industrial environment, where shock, vibration and dust are a concern. This laser has the longest focal tolerance and offers high quality and high-speed marking, it can mark materials that other lasers can’t.

Nd:Yag Lasers

yaglasers

How the Nd:YAG Laser works

The Nd:YAG laser is a good alternative to traditional marking systems because of its flexibility and minimal maintenance requirements, like the vanadate lasers, they produce high quality, high-speed marking on a variety of substrates. These machines can mark metals, plastics, foils & ceramics. Thermo-electrical air cooling system comes standard with the machine.
